Use of the Site and Service

OnComply provides vendor compliance software and related website content for business use. By using this site, requesting a demo, starting a trial, or using the platform, you agree to these terms and represent that you are authorized to act for yourself or your organization.

Electronic Communications Consent

You agree that OnComply may send you electronic communications by email and through the product, including trial follow-up, onboarding instructions, account notices, billing notices, renewal reminders, security alerts, support responses, legal notices, product updates, and other operational communications. Promotional emails may also be sent where permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent while your account, trial, or support relationship is active.

Customer Responsibility for Vendor Contact Permissions

If you use OnComply to send invitations, reminders, renewal notices, escalation messages, or other communications to vendors or third parties, you represent and warrant that you have provided any required notice and obtained any required consent, opt-in, or other lawful basis under applicable law to send those communications. You are responsible for the recipient data you upload, the message content you configure, and compliance with unsubscribe, preference, disclosure, and recordkeeping requirements that apply to your communications.

No Fraud, Forgery, or Misrepresentation

You may not upload, submit, transmit, or direct others to submit false, forged, altered, manipulated, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained documents, signatures, certificates, tax forms, licenses, contracts, banking instructions, or supporting materials. OnComply may investigate suspicious activity, preserve evidence, suspend access, reject submissions, and disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, or security risk.

No Legal or Compliance Advice

OnComply provides workflow software, not legal, tax, insurance, underwriting, banking, or regulatory advice. Automated extraction, validation, confidence values, alerts, and statuses are informational tools only. You remain responsible for vendor approval decisions, payment decisions, work authorization decisions, and all compliance obligations.

Fees and Trials

Paid subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and billing terms are governed by the checkout flow, billing portal, or any signed order form. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site or service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, malware distribution, scraping beyond permitted use, deceptive practices, fraudulent submissions, or attempts to bypass security or access controls.

Availability, Warranty Disclaimer, and Liability Limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnComply disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from fraudulent or unauthorized submissions made by you, your users, or your vendors.
